Super Eagles to receive N20m from Buhari over game victory

- The Super Eagles were promised N5m for each goal scored against Cameroon
- Ighalo, Mikel Obi, Victor Moses and Iheanacho scored in a 4 - 0 win for Nigeria
- The team travel to Cameroon for the return leg to be played on Monday, September 4
The Super Eagles will receive N20million Naira for the 4 goals scored against Cameroon in their 2018 World Cup Qualifier on Friday, September 1.

The Vanguard reports that the team was promised N5million each for each goal scored against the AFCON 2017 champions.

Goals from Odion Ighalo, John Mikel Obi, Victor Moses and Kelechi Iheanacho gave Nigeria the win in their 2018 World Cup Qualifier against their West African rivals.

Nigeria now top Group B with 9Pts and will face Cameroon again on Monday at the Stade Omnispirts Ahmadu Ahidjo in Yaoundé at 6pm.
